Description
Black, very sweet figs, almost seedless.
It’s a self fertile variety of Ficus Palmata which is the cousin of the common fig Ficus Carica. The tree produces medium black fig that are unique, and a bit different than regular figs. Has unique serrated leaves, the tree bears early and continues over a longer period.
Seems to grow in ground better than regular figs in tropical climate. We haven’t experimented with this variety in ground in zone 6.
